Who is TecSentra?
Our work began in banking and telecom, where accuracy, compliance, and data protection are critical. We developed workflow systems that help organizations capture information correctly, validate it early, and move it through structured processes with minimal risk.
Where this started
In industries like banking and telecom, a flawed intake process leads to real consequences: delays, compliance issues, and costly rework.
To solve this, we built systems that validate information at the point of entry, protect sensitive data by design, and move submissions through clear, consistent workflows.
What we saw in municipal services
We began to see the same structural problem in local government. Many municipal forms are still designed like paper documents, distributed as static PDFs, difficult to complete on mobile devices, and prone to incomplete or incorrect submissions.
